For customized, bridal, or luxury abayas, final pricing may depend on design details, fabric, size, handwork, and finishing requirements.
5. Payment
Customers must follow the payment method shared by Arabian Bride Abayas at the time of order confirmation.
For customized, bridal, and made-to-order articles, advance payment may be required before production begins. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
6. Customized Orders
Customized orders, custom-size abayas, bridal abayas, made-to-order designs, and personalized articles are specially prepared according to the customer's selected measurements, design, or requirements.
Because these products are made specifically for the customer, customized and custom-size orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details. Arabian Bride Abayas will not be responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges depend on the customer's location, city, country, and delivery service availability. The final shipping cost may vary based on order size, product weight, and delivery address.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Arabian Bride Abayas will try its best to deliver orders on time, but we are not responsible for courier delays after the parcel has been dispatched.
8. Return Policy
- Arabian Bride Abayas accepts return requests within 7 days of receiving the order, only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories if included.
- Returns will not be accepted if the abaya has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or has perfume, makeup marks, body odor, or missing packaging.
- Customized orders, custom-size abayas, bridal abayas, made-to-order articles, and personalized designs are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the wrong item or defective product was received due to our error.
9. Exchange Policy
Exchange may be offered only in selected cases, depending on product condition, availability, and approval by our team.
Exchange is not available for custom-size, customized, bridal, made-to-order, or personalized abayas.

Our abayas are made with premium fabrics and delicate finishing. Customers are advised to follow care instructions properly to maintain product quality.
Arabian Bride Abayas will not be responsible for damage caused by wrong washing, ironing, dry cleaning, rough use, perfume stains, makeup marks, or improper storage.
