At Arabian Bride Abayas, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every bridal, luxury, formal, and daily wear abaya is crafted with premium fabrics, careful workmanship, and attention to detail.

Because our products are luxury items made to high-quality standards, we have the following return policy.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after 7 days.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if included)

The product must be returned exactly as it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The abaya has been worn or used.
  • The abaya has been washed, altered, or damaged.
  • The product has perfume, makeup stains, body odor, or any signs of wear.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The return request is made after 7 days.
  • The item was made in a custom size or customized according to the customer's request.

Custom Size Policy

All custom-size and made-to-order abayas are specially produced according to the customer's measurements and preferences. Therefore, custom-sized or customized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or we have sent the wrong item.

We recommend checking your measurements carefully before placing a custom-size order.

Premium Product Policy

Arabian Bride Abayas creates premium luxury abayas using high-quality fabrics and fine craftsmanship. To maintain our luxury standards and ensure hygiene for all customers, we only accept returns for products that are completely unused and in their original condition.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • The reason for your return request

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong product or a defective item was delivered by Arabian Bride Abayas.

Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after the inspection is successfully completed.
